Coach, Facilitator & Learning Consultant
Helping you bridge the gap between who you are and where you want to be.
Coaching that prioritizes you, not just your career
Your career evolves as you do. And at certain moments, it’s natural to pause and ask what truly matters now. I work with high-achieving professionals who want greater clarity, alignment, and confidence in how they show up at work and in life.

Through a blend of values-based coaching, career strategy, and presence and communication coaching, I help clients uncover what drives them, articulate what they stand for, and make intentional choices about what’s next. Whether you’re navigating a career shift, redefining success, or strengthening your executive presence, our work is designed to help you lead with authenticity and purpose.

The goal isn’t just a new role or title—it’s feeling grounded, self-directed, and fully yourself in whatever comes next.
Coaching Process
Although each coaching engagement is unique, I generally follow this 3-step process.

Assess
Take a guided assessment to uncover your core values and what drives you, helping clarify your motivations and focus for what’s next.

Align
Turn your insights into a clear plan of action by building a strategy tailored to your needs, goals, and life.

Activate
Put your plan into action with coaching that keeps you focused, motivated, and adaptable as you work toward your goals. Celebrate progress, overcome challenges, and stay aligned with what matters most.

"What is success?
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate the beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded!”
